كيف تواجه المحقق إعداد علي حتر
استخلاصات من كتاب "فلسفة المواجهة وراء القضبان"
المقدمة:

لشعبنا العربي الفلسطيني خبرة طويلة تراكمية في أقبية التحقيق، وزنازين الإعتقال وسجون الإحتلال الصهيوني وسجون بعض الدول العربية والأجنبية، بدأ بتجميعها منذ بداية الصراع العربي الصهيوني، وما زال مستمرا بذلك. وتضاف إلى هذه الخبرة الآن، خبرة معتقلي وأسرى المقاومة اللبنانية في جنوب لبنان.
كذلك فإن للإحتلال الصهيوني مدرسته العنصرية الفاشية التلمودية في التحقيق مع المعتقلين واستخدام مختلف الوسائل للحصول منهم على معلومات، الهدف منها:
1- تثبيت إدانتهم بالتهم الموجهة إليهم.
2- ثم استعمال المعلومات التي يحصل عليها المحققون، لكشف جوانب العمل السري المتعلقة برفاقهم، لمحاربة المناضلين الآخرين، وقهر الشعب الفلسطيني وهزيمة العمل الثوري والمقاومة.
ومن أجل تثقيف المناضلين، قامت مجموعة من الأسرى والمعتقلين الذين خبروا التحقيق والسجون، قبل عدة سنوات، بإصدار كتاب بعنوان، (فلسفة المواجهة وراء القضبان)، يحدد مجموعة من المفاهيم والبديهيات، ويلخص مجموعة من التجارب، ويبين الأساليب المختلفة التي يتعرض لها المعتقلون، في محاولة لتسليح المناضلين، بالمعرفة المسبقة والعلمية حول التحقيق واساليبه، لمساعدتهم على التحدي والصمود امام المحققين، ولحماية الثورة والمناضلين والمجاهدين الآخرين، وذلك بتعريفهم عما ينتظرهم في أقبية التحقيق، حتى لا يفاجؤوا مفاجأة قد تدفعهم إلى الإنهيار، وكذلك شرح أفضل الطرق للتعامل مع المحققين، للإنتصار عليهم وتجنب مناوراتهم واساليبهم الملتوية.
ونظرا لعدم توفر الكتاب في الأسواق، ولأن سلطات الإحتلال تجمع أي أعداد منه تنزل إلى الأسواق، ولأن الكتاب في 250 صفحة، لا يستطيع أن يقرأه الجميع، فقد قمنا بدراسته واستخلاص مفاهيم وتوصيات ونقاط محددة ومختصرة منه، ليستفيد منها كل مناضل، مهما كان مستواه الثقافي والتعليمي، وكذلك حتى نوفر الوقت لمن لا يملك الوقت. أما قراءة الكتاب فتصبح ضرورية فقط لمن يريد أن يستزيد من الشروحات والمفاهيم.
ونلفت انتباه المناضلين والمجاهدين، إلى أن العدو الصهيوني قد يلجأ إلى أساليب أخرى غير ما ورد هنا، نظرا لتمرسه وإبداعه في مجال التعذيب والتحقيق، لكننا نؤكد أن قراءة هذه الأوراق المبسطة، تساعد على أن يدرك المعتقل ما يدور حوله خلال التحقيق، وحجم ما يمكن أن يتعرض له، ليستطيع بعد ذلك حماية نفسه من الإنهيار أو السقوط في مصايد المحققين.
ومن المهم أن نؤكد أننا لا نضع أية حقوق ملكية على هذه الدراسة، تماما مثلنا مثل الذين ألفوا الكتاب الأصلي، ومن الممكن لأي مناضل أن يصورها ويمررها للمناضلين الآخرين للإستفادة منها، بل إننا نرجوه أن يفعل ذلك..




خطوات الإعتقال:
§ إذا اعتقلت فتوقع الخطوات التالية كحد أدنى، حتى لا تفاجأ:
§ قد يداهمون بيتك، أو مقر عملك، أو يعتقلونك من الشارع، كن صلبا ولا تظهر أي خوف.
§ وإذا طلبوا منك التوقيع على أية ورقة، فلا نفعل ذلك، ولا تقبل أن توقع على إقرار بأنهم لم يأخذوا شيئا منك أو من المكان الذي أخذوك منه.
§ قد يدفعونك بعنف إلى داخل السيارة، وربما يمددونك تحت أرجلهم، ويضربونك بالبنادق، او الهراوات ويدوسون عليك، كما يمكن أن يغموا عينيك ويكبلوا يديك، حتى وصولك إلى مكان الإعتقال، دون أن يخلو الأمر من شتائم وإهانات، في هذه اللحظات تذكر أن لكل شيء نهاية، وتذكر ان الثورة والمقاومة تعتمد عليك كأحد أبطالها.
§ يسلمونك إلى الجهة التي ستكون مسؤولة عنك خلال التحقيق، حيث يفك قيدك مؤقتا، وتنزع الغمامات عن عينيك، ثم تستبدل ملابسك، وتفتش وتصادر أغراضك، وبعضها يوضع في الأمانات. بعد ذلك مباشرة، أو بعد حين، يقص شعرك، ثم توضع على صدرك لوحة ثم تصور كالمجرمين من كل الجهات، وتؤخذ بصمات أصابعك جميعها، تذكر أن كل ذلك شرف لك.
§ يعاد تكبيلك وتغميم عينيك، وتنقل إلى الزنزانة مع الضرب والشتم، وللوصول إلى الزنزانة، يسيرون بك مسافات طويلة جدا، وقد يركبونك في مصاعد ويهبطون ويصعدون أدراجا متكررة، لخلق حالة من الضياع والتهويل لديك، حيث أنهم يدورون في دوائر محددة وصغيرة، لكنك لا تلاحظها بسبب تغميم عينيك.
§ يضربونك ويشتمونك قبل بدء التحقيق بطرق مختلفة، ويسمعونك أنين بعض المعتقلين او صراخهم، وقد يفتحون عينيك في بعض الغرف لترى بعض أدوات التعذيب.
§ قد لا يبدأ التحقيق معك في اليوم الأول أو الثاني، إن الزمن يفقد قيمته عندهم، فلا تظهر لهم انك تهتم به، وأهمية الزمن عندهم تظهر إذا كانوا في عجلة من أمرهم. كل شيء هناك بطيء، فلا تتأثر نفسيا وحافظ على صلابتك التي دفعتك إلى المشاركة في نضال شعبك.

بدايات التحقيق:
§ يقودونك من الزنزانة مغمم العينين، مكبل اليدين.. محاطا بجنود أو شرطة، يدفعونك ويجرونك بهمجية.
§ قد يمررونك خصيصا في مناطق تسمع فيها أصوات عذاب وألم وضرب.
§ من حقك أن تأكل وتشرب وتستعمل المرافق الصحية، ولكن هذه الحقوق ليست مضمونة أبدا، فيمنعونك عنها، ويستعملونها للضغط عليك ولمضايقتك، وعليك أن تصمد لأنهم في النهاية لن يستطيعوا منعها عنك إلى الأبد.
§ لا تخف من زنزانتك فهي بر الأمان المرحلي لك. وفيها ستعزل عن العالم وعن الأخبار. وقد يسمعونك هم بعض الأخبار التي يريدونها، إياك أن تصدق أنك أصبحت وحيدا، بل عليك أن تتذكر دائما أن رفاقك في الخارج لا ينسونك، وأن الثورة مستمرة، وأن أهلك ورفاقك يعتمدون على صمودك، ويفعلون المستحيل لإنقاذك..
§ ثم تبدأ مراحل التحقيق: إنسان ذو قضية، مناضل عقائدي وحيد صلب عنيد، معزول لا يملك سلاحا إلا ايمانه بأن مصير شعبه وأهله وقضيته يعتمد على قدرة احتماله وصموده، وهذا هو أنت، في مواجهة موظف ينتظر راتبه في نهاية الشهر، غالبا ما يكون بلا عقيدة أو مبدأ، يستمد قوته من جدران قلعته، ومن أسلحة آلاف الجنود الذين يحيطون به، دون أن يكون لهم أي شأن معك، ومن صلاحيات محددة له لا يستطيع تجاوزها، وهذا: هو المحقق.
§ والمكان: أقبية التحقيق..

التحقيق والمحققون:
عليك أن تفهم وتتذكر كل نقطة مما يلي:
§ الامتناع عن كتابة الافادة بداية التمرد والتحدي.
§ كل المعلومات مهما صغرت أو بدت لك تافهة، تكون هامة بالنسبة للمحقق.
§ تذكر أن للتحقيق نهاية مهما طال، وأنه سيصبح ذكريات، فاجعله ينتهي دون اعتراف ودون استسلام.
§ في أول لقاء، يكون المحقق قد جمع عنك بعض المعلومات، وهذا لا يعني انه يعرف كل شيء، لكنه يحاول أن يوحي بذلك خلال التحقيق. ومن أهم النقاط التي عليك أن تفهمها، هي إنه لا يستطيع معرفة وضعك النفسي، غير أنه سيحاول أن يفهمه من تصرفاتك وردود فعلك ليبني خططه على هذا الفهم، فلا تعطه هذه الفرصة. إنه لا يعرفك، ومن أهدافه الحقيقية، التعرف على شخصيتك لفهمها، من اجل مهاجمتك وتفسيخ ثقتك بنفسك لتوصيلك الى الطاعة والتعاون. إنه لا يعرف ان كنت ستصمد أو تنهار، فاخلق عنده فكرة صمودك وصلابتك من البداية، ولا تقدم له ما يفيد خططه.
§ لا تنس أن رجل التحقيق موظف بأجر، ويعتبر التحقيق معك عملا روتينيا، وقوته نابعة من صلاحياته لا من شخصيته. بينما تمثل أنت القطب المقابل، وقوتك ناتجة عن ايمانك بقضيتك، كما إنك مناضل لا مأجور، لهذا كن أقوى لأنك فعلا أقوى.
§ تأكد أن الصراع بينك وبين المحقق لا يحسم الا في نهاية التحقيق، وحسمه يعتمد على صلابتك، ونجاح المحقق يعني سيطرته عليك وعلى شعبك وأرضك.
§ تذكر دائما أن المحقق لا يمكن أن يكون صديقا، ولا رؤوفا بك، فهو وحش وعدو، لكنه قادر بحكم صلاحياته، أن يبدل لونه وأسلوبه.
§ لا تقاطع المحقق أبدا خلال التحقيق، فهو لا يعنيك.
§ مبدأ هام: الأغبياء فقط يصدقون المحققين
§
فشل ونجاح المحقق:
§ مبدأ هام: المحقق قابل للتضليل بسهولة.
§ إذا اجتزت التحقيق بسلام فإنك تزداد صلابة وقوة واحتراما.
§ اذا فشل المحقق في نقطة ما، فهو يعود للتجربة مرة أخرى، ودائما يحاول المحاولة الأخيرة، فاجعلها تفشل.
§ اذا استبدلوا محققا بعد فشله معك بمحقق آخر، أي إذا استبدلوا موظفا بموظف آخر، فإن هذا يحصل بسبب نجاحك، والمحقق الثاني سيبدأ ضعيفا بسبب فشل المحقق الأول، فضاعف صمودك، لأن المحققين يتراجعون أمام مناضل صلب لا يلين.
§ وسائل المحقق تجريبية، وأنت من يقرر فشلها أو نجاحها.
§ عند فشل التحقيق مع أحد المناضلين الصامدين، قد يدفع به إلى السجن، مع المحكومين، حيث تتاح له فرصة الإحتكاك مع المناضلين الآخرين، بوجود بعض الجواسيس، فربما يكشف خلال الحديث معهم، بعض المعلومات السرية.
مجريات واساليب التحقيق:
§ المحقق يعمل دائما وفق طرق محددة ومنهج محدد، وليس لديه مبادرات ذاتية، ويحاول أن يظهر لك أنه عالم نفس ليضمن تفوقه عليك، بينما أنت حر في اختيار وسائلك، فأفشل طرقه وتمرد، وابق دائما متفوقا عليه.
§ يقول المحقق لك أنه قادر على اطالة التحقيق كما يريد وهو كاذب بذلك، لأن صلاحياته محدودة، وهو ليس حرا ليفعل ما يريد. ويدعي أن رضاه هو الخير لك. إنه يكذب، وعندما تصدقه في أية مرحلة، تقع في المصيدة
§ قد يفتح المحقق معك، بعض المواضيع الهامشية والعامة، ويمكنه أن يستنتج منها بعض المعلومات التي يستخدمها ضدك وضد غيرك من الرفاق دون أن تلاحظ أنت. فلا تتحدث معه حتى لا تمنحه هذه الفرصة.
§ المحقق يعود للمسائل التي يتجاوزها من حين لآخر، ليوقعك في الخطأ والتناقض، فكن حذرا.
§ يجب ألا يخيفك أو يقلقك احضار الأقارب واستعمالهم للضغط عليك خلال التحقيق.
§ يتبادل الأدوار في التحقيق، محققون شرسون، وآخرون لطفاء، عليك ألا تنخدع وألا تكترث بذلك، ولا تتعامل مع أي منهم على أساس أنه لطيف معك، فهم في داخلهم جميعا متشابهون وهدفهم واحد، هو إسقاطك.
§ يلجأ المحقق إلى تبسيط التهمة وتقليل شأن عواقب إعترافك، ويدعي أن ما يقوم به ليس تحقيقي ولكنه مجرد عمل روتيني لإقفال الملف. كن حذرا لإنه في ذلك يريد أن يصطادك، فلا تصدقه أبدا.
§ يحاول المحقق أن يجعلك تهتم بخلاصك الذاتي، ويوهمك أن التحقيق هو نهاية المطاف، وأن تعاونك هو خلاصك. أنه ينصب لك مصيدة، فكن حذرا..
§ يلجأ المحقق إلى التشكيك بالثورة والقادة والرفاق والأقارب، وزعزعة علاقتك مع تنظيمك، بكل وسائل التشكيك الممكنة، فلا تسمح له. ولا تصدقه إذا قال أن رفاقك هم الذين وشوا بك. ولتكن اجابتك إما الصمت، أو الإصرار على عدم وجود علاقة لك بهذا التنظيم، أو: امدح مناضلي التنظيم دون الاعتراف بوجود أي علاقة لك معهم.
§ من وسائل المحقق الاستخفاف بالمناضل قائلا له (أنت لا شيء)، فتحمل الإهانة لأن القصد منها استفزازك للإعتراف.
§ لا يحترم المحققون أية عقيدة أو دين، ولذلك يدسون عناصر في ثوب ديني لتشكيك المعتقلين بجواز ما يفعلون دينيا، كما يهاجمون مسلكيات بعضهم لإثارة الفتنة والخلافات بين المعتقلين.
§ قد يضربك المحقق اذا رفضت أن تأخذ سيجارة، أو اذا جلست أو وقفت، والسبب الحقيقي للضرب يكون إما إحساسه بالفشل أو إحساسه أنك تخاف من الضرب، فيحاول أن يجبرك على الطاعة والتعاون بالقوة
§ من وسائل المحقق: عزلك عن العالم وعن الآخرين، والايحاء لك ان التحقيق أبدي.. والتهديدات المختلفة والأسئلة السريعة المتلاحقة والشتائم والضرب على أماكن حساسة والشبح والوقوف عدة أيام وليالي وعدم النوم عدة أيام، كل ذلك لخلق انفعالات لديك، تؤدي الى ارهاق الدماغ، الذي يؤدي إلى إضعاف النشاط المخي الواعي، والإخلال بالتوازن الجسماني، إلى درجة تجعل الدماغ يتوقف تلقائيا عن النشاط والعمل للإستراحة ولو لعدة ثوان، ويضعف الدماغ خلال هذه الإستراحة التي يحاول المحقق توصيله إليها، لاستغلالها بالإنقضاض على شخص منهك، والضغط عليه وابتزازه لأخذ المعلومات منه. لا تستسلم أبدا ولا تخف من هذه الحالة لأنها تزول، ولا تتحدث خلالها مع المحقق، وتذكر أن ثورتك وشعبك يعتمدون على صمودك
§ يستعمل المحقق أيضا، لغايات إرهاق الدماغ، الأساليب العصبية مثل الضرب بشدة على رؤوس أصابع اليدين والقدمين والشفاه والآذان والأعضاء الجنسية وشد الشعر، كما ينقل الضرب من مكان إلى آخر بشكل مستمر لإثارة جو من الإرهاب والتشكيك والإرهاق للدماغ، والمؤثرات النفسية. كل ذلك له نهاية، ونهايته تعتمد على صمودك أنت فقط.
§ تذكر أنه على المحقق في النهاية، أن يقرر إما أن المعتقل بريء، أو أنه صامد مصمم على عدم قول أي شيء حتى بوجود الأدلة والمواجهات، أو أنه ضعيف خائن لرفاقه، انها الخيارات الثلاثة الوحيدة أمامه، فلا تكن ثالثها

الإعتراف
1. كل ما يدور في أقبية التحقيق، وكل الجنود والمباني وأجهزة المخابرات، هدفها الحصول على اعترافك.. لإدانتك وتبرير معاقبتك..
2. تذكر أن التحقيق والألم ينتهيان ويصبحان ذكرى، فاما أن تجعل ذلك ذكرى فخر وشرف بصمودك، واما أن يصبح ذكرى خزي وعار باعترافك وانهيارك.
3. الانهيار والاعتراف حالة هزيمة واستسلام وتخاذل غير مبرة، تعبر عن ضعف المناضل وانتصار المحقق عليه، وعن تحوله بوعي كامل، الى مجند لصالح مخابرات العدو ولو لفترة محدودة هي فترة التحقيق التي هي كافية لالحاق أشد الأضرار بالثورة. كما يساويان الخيانة، مهما كانت مبرراتهما، حتى ولو تحت أقسى أشكال التعذيب. وتذكر وتأكد أن اعترافك لن يحميك، بل يدينك من لسانك، ويؤدي الى ضرب ثورتك من داخلها، وهذا أشد خطرا من العدو الخارجي، بالإضافة إلى ضربك أنت..
4. إن أي اعتراف تحت التعذيب، يؤدي الى المزيد من التعذيب للحصول على المزيد من الاعترافات، لأن المحقق سيفهم أنك تعترف بسبب التعذيب الذي لا تتحمله. كما إن الاعتراف بالنسبة للمحقق بغض النظر عن الطريقة التي حصل بها عليه، يمثل بداية سلسلة طويلة من التحقيقات والضغوط. ولا يجوز التعلل بأي سبب لتبرير الإعتراف مثل نفاذ الصبر من التعذيب، وعدم تحمله، أو التعلل بوجود الأدلة والمستمسكات الحاسمة عليك، لأن كل هذه الأسباب لا تبرر ما سيحصل لك ولثورتك بسببها..
5. من نتائج الاعتراف الحقيرة، أن تواجه برفاق يعتقلون بسبب خيانتك. على المناضل ألا يخذل رفاقه أو يخونهم. وأن يبقى دائما في دائرة الجماعة والثورة وعدم الانجراف الى الدائرة الذاتية والفردية التي يسحبه المحقق اليها.
6. الاعتراف الجزئي مهما أخفيت من المعلومات لا يعني الصمود، بل هو بداية الانهيار، فالصمود يجب أن يكون كليا، مما يعني إخفاء كل شيء. كما أن الاعتراف الجزئي هو بداية الخيط الذي يمسك به المحقق، ويحلله ويمكن أن يصل به إلى معلومات أخرى لم تفكر أنت بها.
7. ويجب أن تدرك أن الإنهيار والإعتراف لا يكونان إلا إراديين وذاتيين، وأن رفاقك يعرفون ذلك، كما أن الإعتراف يؤدي إلى كوارث لك ولشعبك، تفوق أية كارثة يمكن أن تنتج لك عن التعذيب بكل وسائله وأساليبه
8. حقيقة هامة: الاعتراف يؤدي الى الادانة فالحكم فالسجن، وأذى الثورة والرفاق، بينما الصمود يؤدي الى توقيف الاداري فقط.
9. تذكر أن الكثيرين من رفاقك لا يعترفون، لأنهم أبطال فكن منهم. إن كل الاعترافات التي حصلت حتى الآن، قال أصحابها أنه كان بامكانهم تجنبها ببعض الصمود.
10. سيحاول المحقق استثارة عواطفك وأن يشرح لك أن اعترافك لا يشكل أي خطر، وأنها مجرد اجراءات روتينية، لاغلاق الملف، ثم الافراج عنك، كل هذا كذب وإياك أن تصدق أي وعد من المحقق..
11. معظم المعلومات التي يقولها لك المحققون تكون افتراضية، وناقصة يستكملونها من تعاونك واعترافاتك، أو من حديثك الذي تعتقد أنه غير مهم. وعندما يقولون لك أنهم يعرفون كل شيء، إسأل نفسك هذا السؤال: "ماداموا يعرفون كل شيء، لماذا يريدون اعترافي؟". إنهم يريدون اعترافك لإدانتك، وللتأكد من صحة المعلومات التي يملكونها والتي يريدون تأكيدها من فمك. لذلك عليك ألا تكترث بأية معلومات يكشفونها، حتى لو كانت صحيحة، فبالنسبة لهم، هناك فرق كبير بين معلومات تعتمد على الوشايات ومعلومات تعتمد على اعترافك المباشر.
12. إذا سألك المحقق عن رفاقك الأحرار أو المعتقلين، فارفض الإقرار بوجود أي علاقة نضالية بينك وبينهم، وأصر على عدم وجود أية معرفة حتى لو كان المحقق يعرف أنهم أصدقاؤك. كما إن التهمة التي يمكن أن تضاف اليك اذا اعترفت عن غيرك، هي تهمة عدم الاخبار، وينسف بيتك وتسجن لأجل ذلك.
13. إذا لم تتمكن لأي سبب من نفي علاقتك بأحد الأدلة التي وجدت بحوزتك، فلا داعي للإعتراف عن مصدر هذه الأدلة، ولا عن الهدف من وجودها، ولا عن أي شيء آخر.. غير أننا نؤكد لك أنك بمجهود ذهني بسيط، يمكن دائما أن تبرر وجود أي أدلة والخلاص من تبعاتها. طبعا يجب الإصرار والصمود.
14. خلال الإعتقال أو السجن، إحذر البوح بأية معلومات لشركائك في السجن أو الزنزانة، لأن بعضهم قد يكون مدسوسا، وبعضهم يكون منهارا خطرا، كما أن المناضل الحقيقي المعتقل معك، لا يحتاج إلى معلومات عن الثورة أو عن أعمالك السرية.











الصمود والتعذيب
§ مبدأ: إن البطل قبل الاعتقال.. بطل خلال الاعتقال، لأنه يبقى مؤمنا بقضيته إلى درجة التضحية بنفسه.
§ ومهما كان المعتقل بسيطا فالصمود ممكن، لأن الصمود لا يحتاج إلى شهادات جامعية.
§ للصمود والتغلب على الانهيار: ثق دائما بعدالة قضيتك، وتذكر قبل التفكير بمصيرك، أن صمودك يدعم رفاقك معنويا في المستمرين في النضال في الخارج، ويجنبهم الاعتقال الذي يتعرضون له بسبب اعترافك، وتذكر من صمدوا قبلك، كذلك تذكر معاناة أهلك وشعبك وأن مصيرهم يعتمد عليك، وتذكر أن الانهيار سيجعل أهلك يعتبرونك جبانا خائنا، كما أن الدوافع التي دفعتك للنضال والصراع قبل الاعتقال، لم تتغير، ويجب أن تستمر معك بعد الاعتقال بنفس الاستعداد والحماس.
§ إذا كنت مستعدا للقتال والشهادة بالرصاص في الشارع والجبل، من أجل قضيتك، فلا يجوز السقوط خلال التحقيق ولا يجوز أن تسقط في المعتقل وتضحي بكل ما فعلت من أجل الثورة، تحت ضربات بعض العصي غير القاتلة، بل حتى ولو كانت قاتلة! وإذا حصلت على شرف الإستشهاد، وهو قليل الحصول في التحقيق، فإن الإستشهاد سيجعل منك رمزا شعبيا لا ينسى.
§ التحقيق هو المرحلة الوحيدة من النضال التي لا تكون فيها تحت الخطر إذا صمدت، فخطر الضرب والتعذيب لا يقارن بالرصاص والقنابل والصواريخ.
§ التحقيق معركة، وما يقرر نتائجها هو ارادة المقاتل التي تعتمد على شخصيته وايمانه بأهدافه وقضيته.. والصلابة والصمود يأتيان من داخله، وهما التحام مع القضية مهما كان نوع القضية، والتحلي بهما يدفع المحقق الى الافلاس والهزيمة.
§ تذكر أن بين النصر والهزيمة صبر ساعة.
§ التحدي مرة يقودك الى استمرار التحدي والانتصار. وهزيمة المحقق لا تكون الا بالتمرد والتحدي. فواجه أي هجمة منه بهما، فتضعفها وتنفسها
§ الضعفاء يفضلون أنفسهم على الجماعة، ويتجنبون التحدي لضمان النجاة، لكنهم لا ينجون بعد السقوط والإعتراف، بل يحترقون ويحرقون غيرهم معهم.
§ اذا حدث وانهرت لأي سبب، فارجع للتمرد مباشرة قبل أن يتحول الانهيار الى سلسلة انهيارات والى كارثة عليك وعلى وطنك.
§ السقوط هو فقدان كل رصيدك الكفاحي، وهو انتقالك إلى صف الأعداء، مع دفع الثمن أيضا، لأنك ستدان وتحكم، ويقال عنك "أنك حتى لو لم تكن جاسوسا، إلا أنك إعترفت مثل الجواسيس، فاعتقلوا رفاقك"
§ اذا اعترفت يعاقبونك ويعاقب من تعترف عنهم، واذا صمدت يعذبونك مدة محدودة، ولا يعاقب أحد إذا لم تتوفر الإدانة. إن الصبر مسألة إرادية وليست جسدية. ونفاذ الصبر أيضا مسألة إرادية واعية.
§ لا تقبل أن تشهد ضد آخرين، فالإعتقال لا يلزمك بالشهادة على غيرك.
§ حول أي مواجهة مع زميل معتقل، إلى حافز للصمود لكما، وإذا واجهوك بمعتقل معترف، فاجعله يخجل من نفسه ويعود للتمرد.
§ رد الفعل الصحيح على كل أنواع التهديد هو الصمود، حتى على التهديد بالإعتداء على العرض. وإذا هددوا بالإعتداء على أختك، اعرف أن لهم حدودا لا يستطيعون تجاوزها، وأن الإعتراف لحماية أختك لن يحميها منهم، بل سيعرض شرفها وكل الثورة للخطر، وستكون أختك مع شعبك ضحايا لأعترافك. كما لا تنس أن أي إعتراف، قد يقود إلى القبض على بعض مناضلات الثورة والإعتداء عليهن.
§ التحقيق هو أحد جوانب وأشكال المعركة التي تدور رحاها في الشوارع والجبال والسجون، ويجب أن تنتصر بها لأنها تعتمد على انتمائك وصلابتك فقط. وهو تكثيف لحالة صراع عقائدي تناحري بين الحركة الوطنية وأبطالها من جهة، وأنت تمثلهم داخل أقبية التحقيق، وبين المحققين الذين يمثلون الأعداء والرجعية، وهدفهم النهائي انهيارك، واستعمال انهيارك للقضاء عليك ولضرب ثورتك ورفاقك. وتذكر أن الانتصار حتمي للأقوى عقائديا الذي هو أنت، ولهذا يجب أن تنتصر.
§ جهاز كشف الكذب خدعة، ويمكن تضليله بسهولة، وذلك بتحريك القدمين أو الأكتاف مع أية إجابة تضليلية على أسئلة المحقق، وبالتفكير المستمر خلال الجلسة بأمور مزعجة تؤدي بك إلى الضيق والحزن، فلا يعود الجهاز قادرا على التمييز بين قلقك وإجاباتك التضليلية.

بعض أساليب التعذيب والضغط والحرب النفسية خلال التحقيق:
§ التعذيب ليس هدفا لذاته، بل اعترافك هو الهدف من التعذيب.
§ تأكد تماما أن الأضرار الجسدية المحتملة في التحقيق، تصيب المنهارين والمعترفين بنفس القدر الذي يصيبك، فالصمود مع بعض الأضرار، أشرف من الخيانة مع نفس الأضرار.
§ من أساليب الضغط: إحضار الأخت والأم، والتهديد بالاعتداء على أي منهما، ان الانهيار لا يحمي أيا منهما، بل يزيد احتمال الاعتداء للحصول على مزيد من المعلومات منك، ويتوقف الاعتداء عليهما اذا لم تخضع للضغط.
§ سيشن المحقق حربا نفسية توحي لك أن الصمود مستحيل، وأن الجميع في يعترفون، وأنك لا تختلف عن الذين اعترفوا، بالقوة أو بالحسنى، ثم يقول لك: "تكلم أحسن لك، لتستريح من العذاب"، وهو بذلك يحاول أن يخلق وهما يبدو معقولا، ويستعمل أمثلة ونماذج منهارة، لوضعك تحت فكرة: (ما دام غيري قد تكلم، فأنا سأتكلم). هذا الأسلوب لا ينجح إلا مع الضعفاء، فلا تكن واحدا منهم.
§ عليك أن تعي أن الضرب حتمي، فارفض الأوامر لأن قبولها لن يحميك من الضرب، وسيضعك رفضك في موقف القوي.
§ مهما استخدموا ضدك من أدلة أو وشايات عملاء أو اعترافات آخرين، يجب الصمود. ومهما كانت الأدلة المقدمة ضدك بوسعك ردها والالتفاف حولها والخروج من المأزق بشرف.
§ حتى لو قالوا لك كجزء من الحرب النفسية، أن المسؤولين عنك انهاروا، أو شاهدت بعضهم فعلا ينهار، فعليك بالصمود، فسقوط مسؤول مهما كان موقعه لا يعني سقوط الثورة.
§ كلما تقف بصلابة عند مسألة، سيوقفها المحقق وينتقل الى غيرها إلى أن يفشل.
§ الانهيار تحت الضرب يشجع المحقق على مزيد من الضرب لتحقيق المزيد من الانهيار. والانهيار هو حالة انسجام ومقاومة مع العدو الذي يأمر المنهار فيطيع، ويضربه فيركع، ويسأله فيجيب، فيخضع بذلك لسلطة الاحتلال خضوعا تاما. وبعد انتصار المحقق، يستمر الضرب للإذلال أو لدفع المنهار الى تنفيذ أوامر أخرى مثل اقناع رفاق بالاعتراف، أو غير ذلك.
§ من الوسائل التي يمكن أن ياجأ لها المحقق، استعمال جهاز كشف الكذب أو اللجوء إلى التنويم المغناطيسي، وعليك التأكد أن هاتين الوسيلتين لا تشكلان أي خطر عليك، كما انهما تستخدمان لأسباب نفسية فقط، أي لتخويفك إذا كنت لا تعرف شيئا عنهما.
§ إن التنويم المغناطيسي يحتاج إلى موافقتك حتى ينجح به المنوم، وبإمكانك التمرد عليه. ويجب أن تعرف أنه لا يمكن أن يجبر أي إنسان على الإعتراف بأي شيء خلال التنويم المغناطيسي، وإذا قالوا لك أنك اعترفت خلال النوم، تأكد أنهم كاذبون، وأنهم فقط يريدون منك تأكيدا لمعلومات معينة يدعون أنك قلتها خلال النوم، بينما هي من مخبريهم أو من افتراضاتهم.
§ جهاز كشف الكذب خدعة، وهو يعتمد على اكتشاف بعض الإنفعالات عندك عندما تقدم معلومة غير صحيحة (للتضليل). ويمكن تضليل هذا الجهاز بسهولة، وذلك بالشد على عضلات القدمين أو الأكتاف مع أية إجابة تضليلية على أسئلة المحقق، أو بالتفكير المستمر خلال الجلسة بأمور مؤلمة ومحزنة، تسبب لك انفعالات ملحوظة، مثل استذكار الأصدقاء الشهداء، أو ألهل والأطفال.. فلا يعود الجهاز قادرا على التمييز بين قلقك هذا وإجاباتك التضليلية.
§ ليس هناك حالة وحيدة كشفت فيها الأسرار تحت الغيبوبة أو تحت التخدير، أو التنويم، فلا تصدقهم اذا قالوا انك اعترفت خلال الغيبوبة، أو خلال التنويم المغناطيسي.
§ يعرض المحقق حاستي السمع والنظر لديك، إلى مؤثرات مزعجة، مثل الأصوات الرتيبة المستمرة أو العالية المزعجة، والأضواء الباهرة، ومناظر تعذيب الآخرين للتأثير على حالتك العصبية. كل ذلك يجب ألا يؤثر عليك، وصمودك يلغي تأثيره بالكامل، وخصوصا إذا كنت تتوقع ذلك سلفا.
§ قد يمنعونك عدة أيام من النوم، بالتناوب على التحقيق معك، ثم يلجؤون إلى حقنك بالأنسولين وربما إلى تخديرك، لإحداث خلل في وظائف الجسم وللسيطرة على الدماغ. وقبل ذلك يتدخل المحقق للمساومة بعرض السماح بالنوم مقابل الوعد بالإعتراف. عليك أن تعرف أن النوم سيحصل رغم أنف المحقق، دون أي خطر على الحياة، إما على شكل غفوة، أو على شكل غيبوبة، ولا تصدق وواصل الصمود الذي يفشل مخطط المحقق، ولا يجب أن تخضع لأية مساومة مقابل السماح لك بالنوم. كل ذلك يجب ألا يدفعك للإعتراف..
§ إن مجرد إعطاء الوعد بأي شيء تحت التعذيب لتخفيف وطأته، يساوي الخضوع، ويشجع المحقق على التمادي بالتعذيب، حتى لو أوقفه أحيانا لتحصيل بعض الإعترافات. إن المحقق سيصر على مطالبتك بالوفاء بالوعد.
§ قد يحشرك المحقق في زنزانة ضيقة وقذرة، مع معتقلين آخرين في ظروف سيئة جدا، حشرا مثل علب السردين، في وضع لا يسمح بالجلوس أو النوم ولا حتى بالتناوب، لعدة أيام، دون تهوية، مع العرق، وبدون تنظيف للفضلات، مع رش المحبوسين بمبيدات الحشرات ذات الرائحة الكريهة وشتمهم بشكل مستمر، مع إسماعهم أصوات مزعجة مستمرة، وتركهم بدون ماء أو طعام
§ وإذا كنت أنت وحدك المستهدف من عملية الحشر هذه، لإخضاعك، يطلب منك المحشورون معك أن تعترف لإنقاذهم من الوضع القاسي، وقد يمارسون عليك الضغوط والتهديدات، وقد يدس المحققون بين المحشورين، بعض العملاء الذين يحبطون من عزيمة المناضلين، بتكرار القول أنهم أصبحوا مستعدين للإعتراف، وأن الوضع لا يطاق. كل ذلك ليخلقوا لديك التفسخ والإنهيار. إن عدم الإنهيار بعد هذه العملية، تجعل المحققين يشكون في جدوى كل التحقيق معك من حيث المبدأ.
§ قد يوجهون لك بعض الشتائم والإهانات خلال التحقيق، فتذكر أن الخزي ليس في أن تسمع شتيمة داخل غرف التحقيق، من محقق نذل، بل الخزي هو في عملية الإعتراف والإنهيار، وتعريض ثورتك للخطر.
§ تذكر كل لحظة، أن التحقيق سينتهي والتعذيب سينتهي، وأنك ستبقى بعد ذلك، إما حقيرا منهارا معترفا خائنا محكوما بالسجن لأنك مدان، أو بطلا صامدا مشرفا يفتخر الجميع بك. اجعل التجربة تنتهي، بصلابتك، دون تقديم معلومات ودون استسلام.
خطورة التعاون مع المحقق
§ أهداف المحقق هي تحطيم المناضل، وتوصيله إلى الإعتراف عن نفسه وعن غيره، وأخذ أسراره والقاؤه بدون ارادة أو هدف، ليدينه، وليضرب الثورة: تذكر أنه سيعمل بكل الوسائل للوصول إلى هذا الهدف، وهو سيسعى إلى خلق حالة تعاون بينك وبينه، إما بالقوة، أو بالمراوغة وبالخداع، بأن يحاول أن يخلق جوا من التعاون باظهار الانسجام وتبادل الحديث بمواضيع عامة وتافهة، كما يعود للمسائل التي يتجاوزها من حين لآخر، وللحديث عن الماضي. كل ذلك ليوقعك في الخطأ. وبما أن هدف التحقيق ليس الدردشة وقضاء الوقت، فاحذر كل كلمة يقولها المحقق مهما بدت بريئة، ولا تتعاون معه في أي موضوع يحاول أن يخوضه معك، لأنه يستطيع أن يستنتج منه دون أن تلاحظ أنت، بعض المعلومات التي يستخدمها ضدك وضد غيرك من الرفاق.
§ تذكر دائما أن حكومة العدو أو المخابرات، تدينك من لسانك.
§ الرد الوحيد الذي يحميك مهما فعلوا بك، هو رفض التعاون في أي شيء على الإطلاق، وهذا يربكهم، ويسقط عندك حاجز الخوف منهم.
§ تذكر دائما أن أي نوع من الصفقات مع العدو خيانة تقودك إلى مزبلة التاريخ وكلما حاول المحقق أن يعقد معك صفقة، تذكر أن العدو لا يحترم عهوده، وهو أصلا غير شرعي، وأنه بمجرد أن تعترف سيلجأ إلى استعمال إعترافك لإدانتك، وينسى كل الوعود التي التزم بها في الصفقة المعقودة معك، وإذا وعدك بضمان حريتك مقابل الإعتراف، فهو كاذب، لأنه لا يستطيع أصلا أن يسجنك إلا إذا اعترفت. وعندما تعترف يملك السبب القانوني لإدانتك ثم سجنك، وقد يقول لك عندئذ إذا قابلته: :سجنتك حتى أحميك من رفاقك الذين يعتقدون أذا لم اسجنك، أنك خنتهم، فيقتلونك"
§ وعندما يوجه أوامر بسيطة مثل الوقوف أو الجلوس وغيرها فهو يهدف الى خلق عنصر الطاعة والتعاون عند المناضل، حتى يستمر بعد ذلك فالذي يطيع، يجيب على الأسئلة.
§ لا تقبل سيجارة أو قهوة ، فهي فخ لبدء التعاون، تذكر أن سيجارة واحدة قد تقبلها من المحقق، تجرك إلى بدء التعاون، الذي قد يؤدي الى سنوات من السجن لك، والى الكشف عن رفاقك وضرب ثورتك، وهو لا يعرف سوى المساومة والمقايضة.
§ قد يضربك المحقق اذا رفضت أن تأخذ سيجارة، أو اذا جلست أو وقفت، والسبب الحقيقي للضرب هو احساسه بالفشل أو احساسه بخوفك من الضرب، فيحاول أن يوجد عندك حالة من الطاعة والتعاون.
§ المحقق يستطيع الضرب، التجويع، التعطيش… الخ، ولكن لا يستطيع تحريك اللسان دون تعاون المعتقل.
§ التحقيق هو أحد جوانب وأشكال المعركة التي تدور رحاها في الشوارع والجبال والسجون وأقبية التحقيق، فكيف يمكن أن تتعاون فيها مع عدوك؟ ويجب أن تنتصر بها لأنه تعتمد على قدراتك وانتمائك وصلابتك فقط.
§ يستحلفك المحقق بالقرآن أو الانجيل وبالصلاة والصيام ومختلف العقائد والأيمان، وكلها لا تجيز لك الانهيار أمام الظلم والعدوان، ولا تتعاون مع المجرم الذي يخالفها جميعا رغم أنه يحلفك بها للخداع.
§ أي نوع من الطاعة خلال التحقيق يساوي خضوعا للإذلال
§ لا تقاطع المحقق أبدا خلال التحقيق، فالحديث لا يعنيك أبدا.
§ اية معلومة مهما صغيرة تقدمها يمكن للمخابرات أن تستفيد منها كثيرا.
§ اذا أحسست أنك وقعت في فخ أو مصيدة ارجع فورا للتمرد ولا تعتبر أن الأمر انتهى.
§ استعمل ردودا متشابهة اذا ابتدأت بالرد، مثلا: لا أعرف، لا أعرف شيئا، لا يهمني ذلك، فهذه الردود تربك المحقق.
§ -اذا أمسك المحقق بطرف الخيط في لحظات التعاون معه يبدأ بالشد لتحصيل اعتراف أكبر.
§ لا تسمح للمحقق أن يجعلك تهتم بخلاصك الذاتي، ويقنعك أن التحقيق هو النهاية، وأن التعاون هو الخلاص الوحيد.
§ كلما كنت متمرسا، يلجأ المحقق الى اساليب واضحة عن طريقة تقديم الأدلة والبراهين، فاستفد من ذلك في تحديد حجم التهمة ، واجعل المحقق يكشف جميع أوراقه، ولا تخلق أي صورة من صور التعاون، لأن الصمود سيجعلهم يكشفون المزيد من أدلتهم وبراهينهم للضغط عليك، لأنك حين تكون متمرسا، فأنت تعرف سلفا ما ينتظرك.
§ كل وسائل المحقق تجريبية، وعليك الاعتماد بافشال تجاربه. تذكر أن أي محقق قابل للتضليل بسهولة.

خطورة التعاون مع المحقق

§ تذكر دائما أن حكومة العدو أو المخابرات، تدينك من لسانك.

§ أي نوع من الطاعة خلال التحقيق يساوي خضوعا للإذلال
§ لا تقاطع المحقق أبدا خلال التحقيق، فالحديث لا يعنيك أبدا.
§ اية معلومة مهما صغيرة تقدمها يمكن للمخابرات أن تستفيد منها كثيرا.
§ اذا أحسست أنك وقعت في فخ أو مصيدة ارجع فورا للتمرد ولا تعتبر أن الأمر انتهى.
§ استعمل ردودا متشابهة اذا ابتدأت بالرد، مثلا: لا أعرف، لا أعرف شيئا، لا يهمني ذلك، فهذه الردود تربك المحقق.
§ -اذا أمسك المحقق بطرف الخيط في لحظات التعاون معه يبدأ بالشد لتحصيل اعتراف أكبر.
§ لا تسمح للمحقق أن يجعلك تهتم بخلاصك الذاتي، ويقنعك أن التحقيق هو النهاية، وأن التعاون هو الخلاص الوحيد.

§ كل وسائل المحقق تجريبية، وعليك الاعتماد بافشال تجاربه. تذكر أن أي محقق قابل للتضليل بسهولة.


دور العملاء خلال التحقيق:
¨ حقيقة بديهية: وجود الثورة يعني وجود قمع مضاد يعني وجود مخابرات يعني وجود عملاء.
¨ المتساقط مطية حقيرة لرجال مخابرات العدو، ويمكن لهم أن يوظفوه في أي موقع، أو لأية مهمة قذرة يريدونها، رغم أنهم يعصرونهم ويلقون بهم إلى المزابل بعد كل استعمال.
¨ هدف العميل في حياته هو الإستجابة لكل ما يطلبه منه رجال المخابرات، الذين يضعونه دوما في حالة الخوف من فضحه وكشفه للمجتمع ولأهله، أو قتله إذا تهاون في التعاون معهم.
¨ قد تبدأ المخابرات بعلاقة متوازنة مع العميل، حتى يتورط، فتحيله فورا إلى مطية حقيرة، وتلغي كل التزامات عليها تجاهه، (كما حصل مع كثير من العملاء).
¨ تستمر مخابرات العدو في عملية إسقاط العميل خلقيا واجتماعيا، حتى يشعر بالغربة عن وطنه وعن مجتمعه، لأن هذا النوع هو الذي تضمن ولاءه لها، وتحوله إلى شخص لا يهتم إلا بتحصيل بعض المال منها، والحصول عبى رضاها.
¨ تستعمل مخابرات العدو عدة وسائل للإيقاع بالعدو، منها المال وحمل سلاح في جيبه، وتوفير سبل الدعارة له، ووصلت الأمور ببعض العملاء، أن قدم له بعض رجال المخابرات عاهرة على أساس أنها أخت رجل المخابرات، وطلب منه أن يقدم له أخته (أي أخت العميل) بالمقابل، وعندما فعل العميل ذلك، كانت الورطة الكبرى بالتهديد بالفضائح التي لا يمكن مواجهتها.
¨ يستعمل العملاء للمواجهة مع المناضلين المعتقلين، بوصفهم منهم، ويمثلون خلال المواجهة، الأدوار المطلوبة منهم مثل التساقط، والإعتراف بما لديهم من معلومات، والقيام بكل الأدوار الرخيصة لتثبيط عزم المناضلين.
¨ يندس بعض العملاء على المعتقلين في زنزاناتهم، على أنهم مناضلون، ويمثلون إما دور البطل لكسب الثقة وجمع المعلومات، أو دور المتساقط لإضعاف وخلخلة الوضع النفسي للمناضلين، أو دور البريء الذي سيخرج إلى الحرية بعد مدة قصيرة لعم وجود أدلة عليه، ويقدم خدماته للمناضل ويسأله إذا كان يريد أن يحمله أية رسالة إلى رفاقه خارج السجن، في محاولة من المحققين لمعرفة علاقات المناضل التنظيمية واتصالاته.
¨ من مهام العملاء خلال التحقيق وفي السجون:
1. تجميع المعلومات عن المعتقلين للإستفادة منها في التحقيق.
2. يجري دسهم على المعتقلين إما للتجسس عليهم، أو لإحباطهم وتيئيسهم.
3. ينخرطون في صفوف المقاومة المنظمة، وإذا نجح أي منهم بذلك، فإنه سيحصل على معلومات هتمة ومؤكدة عن الأشخاص الذين يتعامل معهم، وعن المعتقلين.
4. الدس بين المنظمات المختلفة في السجون، لدفعهم للخلافات والإقتتال.
5. الوصول الى مواقع القيادة لاستغلالها في جمع المعلومات وإحداث الفتن وحرق المناضلين الموثوقين والتشكيك بأخلاقياتهم، وطلب المعلومات عن المعتقلين والمساجين الجدد لتقديمها للأعداء.
6. تأجيج الخلافات العقائدية والدينية بين المساجين لشغلهم عن الصراع مع العدو، ولتبرير تصرفات إدارة السجون القمعية معهم، وقد مرت على بعض السجون حالات كان العميل يتقمص فيها دور رجل الدين لنيل الثقة، ثم القيام بحملات الطعن والتشكيك بأخلاقيات المناضلين.
¨ قد يحتاج بعض المسؤولين القياديين في السجن إلى مرافقين لأداء مهام نضالية مختلفة، فيحاول العملاء الوصول إلى هذه المواقع، ويحسنون أداء الدور فيها لكشف كل الإتصالات والأعمال ذات الطابع السري.
¨ مع أي مشارك لك في الزنزانة أو مع أي شخص تقابله خلال مراحل التحقيق، حافظ على أسرارك ومعلوماتك لنفسك، حيث لا مجال للثقة بأي إنسان، وحتى لو كان مناضلا حقيقيا، فإنه لن يلومك بإخفاء الأسرار عنه لأنه يتفهم الأسباب، وهو أصلا ليس بحاجة لها.
¨ إحذر المتساقطين في أقبية التحقيق، لأن من يجند في أقبية التحقيق، أكثر خطرا ممن يجند خارجها. مع العلم أن بعض هؤلاء يجندون مقابل وعود تافهة بتحسين المعاملة أو إعطائهم بعض السجائر، أو وعدهم بتخفيف الحكم إذا قدموا خدمات تستحق ذلك.
¨ أما مرحلة ما بعد التحقيق، فإن إخفاء المعلومات فيها لا يقل أهمية عن إخفائها في مرحلة التحقيق. وهناك حالات كثير تمكن العدو من الحصول فيها على معلومات في ساحات السجن، لم يتمكن من الحصول عليها خلال التحقيق.
¨ يقوم بعض العملاء بأعمال من شأنها التشكيك بأخلاقيات المناضلين الصلبين أمام رفاقهم، مثل النوم بقرب أحد المناضلين بوضع معين، ثم الصياح واتهام المناضل أنه حاول الإعتداء الجنسي عليه..
¨ كشف المناضلون هوية الكثيرين من العملاء في السجون، فعزلتهم سلطات العدو لحمايتهم من المناضلين في أقسام خاصة يسميها المناضلون "أقسام العار"، كما يسمون هؤلاء العملاء بالعصافير.

This is a presentation and a summary of the book "The Philospphy of confrontation behinde the bars", edited by comrade Ali Hattar (Amman). The summary was offered on the website www.sizeef.com, which was closed unfotunaltely before I remember to download the arabic version.

INTRODUCTION TO THE ENGLISH VERSION:

The Militants of Arabic Palestinian People in the occupied Palestine have a long considerable accumulative experience in the tunnels of interrogation and cells of arrest in Zionist prisons and prisons of Arabic and foreign countries, starting with the early beginnings of the Arab-Zionist fight , and still going on.. Add to this experience, the experience of the prisoners of the Lebanese resistance in South Lebanon.
Taking in consideration that the Zionist Occupation has its racist and fascist telmodistic school of interrogation with the arrested, detained and prisoners, and in using the different means to extract confession and information, in order to prove their participation in the relative illegal activities, and to use the extracted information in the follow up of the secret activities of other militants.
In order to educate the militants, a team of experienced prisoners issued a book titled "THE PHILOSOPHY OF ENCOUNTER BEHIND THE BARS", to present a collection of principles and fundamentals, and to summarize an accumulated experience, and to present the different means and tools to which the militants are exposed in the jails of the Zionist enemy, in order to arm and equip the militants, with the scientific knowledge in advance, about the interrogation and the applied means, to help them to maintain their steadfastness and challenge against the interrogators, and to protect the resistance and other free militants, by making them acquainted of what is waiting for them in the interrogation tunnels if arrested, and to recommend the best behavior during the interrogation, in order not to be surprised, to avoid failure and collapse.
As the book is not easily available in any market, because the Authorities of Zionist occupation draw any volumes that might be distributed to bookshops, and because the book is in 250 pages, which cannot be available to every body. I have studied it and extracted principles, recommendations and instructions, and phrased them in a way to be useful to every militant, whatever his education and cultural level is, and to save the time of those who do not have it.
The militants also shall pay attention to the fact that the enemy may still use other methods than those cited in this summary, as he is experienced in the fields of torture and interrogation, and in his non-human attitude towards the militants, and towards the human rights. But we still confirm that reading these summarized and simplified concentrated papers helps the arrested militant to understand what is going on during the interrogation, and what he is going to face, so that he can protect himself against collapse.
No copyright is put on this summary by the editor, as no copyright has been put on the original book by the authors, all militants are not only entitled to copy and distribute it freely to other militants, but they are supposed to do so.
The summary is divided into several sections in order to optimize the profit out of it.

PROCEDURES AND STEPS OF ARREST:

If arrested, expect the following acts, so that you are not surprised:
- They may break into your house or your work place, or may take you in the street.
- If they ask you to sign any paper, don't do it
- Don't sign any paper acknowledging that they took nothing from you, or from the place they took you from.
- If they find any relatively illegal subject with you, don't sign any paper admitting that.
- Most probably, they will push you violently into their vehicle, lay you under their feet, step over your body, hit you with their guns, blindfold your eyes and handcuff your hands, drive you until the location of arrest, using all types of insults and humiliation against you.
- Sometimes you may be lucky to be arrested peacefully.. don't think they love you!.
Upon arrival to their exchange location, they deliver you to the concerned professional authority..
- They uncover your eyes, and unchain your handcuff, temporarily, force you change your clothes, search them and seize your objects (put the non-important ones in their lockers), cut your hair, hang a small identification tag with a number on it, take your photograph from all sides, exactly like criminals, they force you to give them all your fingers' prints.
- Your "picnic" in the world of violation of human rights, starts at this moment.
- They handcuff your hands, blindfold your eyes, drive you to what looks to you as "the unknown".
- They drive you in corridors, lifts and stairs, and they may circulate you in the same corridor several times, and take you up and down in the same stairs, may let you hear different types voices and screams, to exercise psychological pressure on you, and let you under the impression of being in mazes and labyrinths, and it let you think that they are huge and powerful. Don't be surprised, they turn around in a limited place. You cannot notice that before your eyes are blindfolded.
- during that they insult you, hit and kick you with feet with heavy boots in order to prepare you to the interrogation party, they insult you, hit you, make you hear some sufferance screams, may show you some tools that are used in torturing the militants
Then they put you in a cell.. small, big, tight, spacious, high, low, anything.. it is a cell in jail..
Time has no value for them, they may interrogate you immediately if they are urged to take some information from you, or if there is an external pressure on them, or they may interrogate you after one day, two days, one week, anything.. Every thing there is slow.. to force you to collapse.. Don' let them get that, don't be psychologically affected, maintain your steadfastness which made you participate in the struggle of your people.. which depends on your steadfastness..

AT ONE MOMENT.. THE FIGHT STARTS:

They drive you in a barbarian way, pushing and kicking, from your cell, blindfolded, handcuffed, surrounded by cruel non-human guards.
They lead you through some corridors where you may hear some artificial or real noises of torturing other militants, with screams of sufferance.
You think you have the right to eat, drink and use the toilet.. this may not be the case.. these rights are not guaranteed.. but generally they are denied and used against you, to force you to surrender.. don't yield.. be strong.
Don't be afraid when you are in your cell.. it is the temporary station of peace for you. Despite the fact that you are completely isolated from what goes on in the outside world..
But you have to be careful, they may let you hear some fabricated news
Never believe that you became alone.. this is what they want you to do..
- remember always that your comrades are in action..
- that they never forget you and will do anything to support you
- that your people has declared a continuous revolution
- that this revolution depends on your steadfastness and challenge..
- That any information you give to the interrogator will be used against you, and will hurt the continuity of the revolution
Then the PARTY OF INTERROGATION begins between two fighters:
A human being with a cause, ideological militant, strong, stubborn, single, isolated, unarmed except from his decision, his belief and knowledge that the destiny of his people, parents and cause depends on his attitude and his force.. THAT IS: YOU
Facing a man, who is an employee waiting for his salary at the end of the month, sadist or psychologically deformed, trained to have a poker face, mostly without ideology, without principles, but with access to information, his power depends on the walls of his castle, and on thousands of armed guards and soldiers surrounding him, with well defined jurisdictions and authorities that he cannot exceed.. THIS IS THE INTERROGATOR

INTERROGATION AND INTERROGATORS:

You have to know the following:

- Refusal of writing a confession is the first step to disobedience and challenge
- Any information, whatever small it is, or seems to be worthless or insignificant, might be important and useful to the interrogator.
- Remember that the interrogation is not eternal and must have an end, and shall become a "memory", so let end without confession or surrender.
- In the first encounter, remember that the interrogator is provided with some information about you, but this does not mean that he knows every thing, or lot of things about you, although he tries during the interrogation, to let you think that.
- Be sure that he even does not know your psychological status, bur tries to figure it out from your behavior and reactions to his questions and to his behavior.
- He does not know you, and one of his real targets is to reveal your personality, to be able to build up his plans, in order to attack you and to disturb you self confidence, to drive you to obedience and cooperation..
- He does not know whether your are going to withstand or to collapse, so create in his mind the idea of your withstanding and your stiffness from the beginning and never give him what serves his plans
- Remember always that the interrogator is an employee, who is paid to do his job, and that for him, you are just a routine case, and his power is based from his authorities and not from his personality, while for you, you are the facing pole, your power is based on your belief in your cause, and on the fact that you are a militant, not a rented employee. That is why you have to be stronger.. IT IS BECAUSE YOU ARE INDEED STRONGER!
- Remember that the fight between you two, is determined at the end of the interrogation phase, this depends always on your power and stiffness. Remember always that the success of the interrogator means that he will has the upper hand on you and on your people..
- Remember always that the interrogator cannot be a friend, neither he can be merciful towards you! He is an enemy and a beast, but he is capable, when employing the means available to him, to change his face, mask, and ways of interrogation!
- Never interrupt the interrogator during interrogation, what ever he says is not of your concern.
- A very important principal: ONLY IDIOTS BELIEVE INTERROGATORS.!

SUCCES AND FAILURE OF INTERROGATION

Remember the following:

- An important fundamental: It is very easy to mislead the interrogator.
- If you pass safely, your power and stiffness increase, you will be honored and respected.
- If the interrogator fails in a point, he will always try a last shot, never let him score.
- If the interrogator himself is replaced by another one, employee by employee, this happens because of your success.. The second one will definitely start weak, due to the impression he has about you after the failure of his colleague, so, double your withstanding. The interrogators, in the deep, retreat in front of a strong non yielding militant.
- Interrogation is experimental. You are the one who decides its failure or success..
- When the interrogation procedures fail and seem to be over, you may be sent, for a last trial, to socialize with other solid jailed militants, in presence of some spies, hoping that you reveal some secret information there..

HOW INTERROGATION PROCEDURES GO ON..

The interrogator always follows predetermined steps, and studied programs to follow. Normally he does not have initiatives, he tries to make you think that he is a scientist in psychology, in a trial to overcome you, while you are free in selecting your methods and ways of self defense, so disobey and make his methods fail, and always STAY MASTERING THE SITUATION.
- The interrogator tries to make you believe that he can prolong the interrogation as long as he likes. in this: he is a liar.. because his authorities are limited, and he is tied by his predetermined duties, not free to do what he likes.. he tries to persuade you that his contentment and satisfaction is good for you. He lies, and whenever you believe him, you are trapped.
- He may open some marginal, non-important or general issues. If he does so, he may extract some data to use against you and your comrades, without you noticing that. Don't talk to him, to avoid giving him this opportunity.
- The interrogator returns to the over passed issues, from time to time, to make you fall in error and contradiction, be careful.
- Bringing parents or relatives to exercise pressure on you, shall not shock or shake you.
- During interrogation, the interrogators may exchange roles, some who look cruel, and some who look gentle, don't be mislead, and don't pay any attention to that, never be attracted by any of them because he looks "gentleman". They are all the same, with one target: making you collapse.
- The interrogator tries always to tell you that the charges against you are not important, and that confession will not lead to harmful consequences. He pretends that what he is doing is not "interrogation", but just a routine work to close the files. Be careful, when he says that, he tries to trap you.. NEVER BELIEVE HIM.
- He tries to persuade you to care about your self salvation, and that the interrogation is the end of the race, and that your cooperation is your deliverance.. be careful.. by that he is trapping you.
- The interrogator tries always to plant the seeds of suspect in your mind, against your comrades, leaders, revolution, and parents, and to shake your relation with your organization, by using all the available means, don't give the chance to succeed. Don't believe him when he says that your comrades have betrayed you. Keep silent when he says that, or insist that you have no relation with that organization, or, praise the militants of that organization, without admitting that you have any relation with them.
- One of the methods that they use against you, is to underestimate you by saying: "you are nothing". Accept without reaction, because the aim of that is to provoke you to make you confess.
- You must be aware that the interrogators don't respect any ideology or religion, so it feasible to them, to slip people in religious dress, into the ring, to raise discussions and fights between the arrested or prisoners, and to convince the militants that what they do is not acceptable by religion, and to make them suspect each others by criticizing the behavior of some of them.
- The interrogator may hit you if you refuse to take a cigarette from him, or if you stand up or sit down. The real reason for that is either his feeling of failure, or his feeling that you are afraid of being hit, hence he tries by that to force you to obey, confess and cooperate by force.
- Some of the means used by the interrogator:
o Make you believe that the interrogation is endless
o Continuous threats in different ways
o Quick successive questions
o Insults and hits on sensitive locations of the body
o Hanging you from hands or legs
o Making you standing up for several nights and days.
o Preventing you to sleep for several days
All that can be done to put you in excitement, and to exhaust your brain, leading to weaken the brain conscious activity, and lead to physical disequilibrium, to the extent that the brain will stops working in order to have a rest, even for some seconds0 During this, the brain becomes weak, and the interrogator intervenes to attack an exhausted person, to provoke him and force him to confess or to submit information. Don't surrender, and don't be afraid f this situation because it has an end. During it, don't talk and remember only that your people revolution depends on your withstanding.
In order to exhaust the brain, the interrogator may attack the nervous system by hitting strongly at the ends of the fingers of the hands and legs, lips, ears, sexual members, jumping continuously from place to another, to create an ambiance of terror, doubt and brain fatigue and psychological effects. All that has an end.. this end depends ONLY on your stiffness and withstanding.
Remember that, at the end, the interrogator has to decide,
- either that you are INNOCENT,
- or WITHSTANDING not accepting to yield despite the encounter and evidences,
- or you are WEAK, unfaithful and TRAITOR.
These are the three options that he has. DON'T BE THE THIRD ONE.

CONFESSION:

- All what happens in the tunnels of interrogation, all the soldiers, buildings and intelligence services, have only one target: that is to obtain your confession.. in order to convict you, and to punish you.
- Remember that interrogation and pain end and become a memory, so either you make it a memory of honor and pride, by withstanding the interrogation, or a memory of shame, by confessing and collapsing.
- Confession and collapse is a case of non-justified defeat, surrender and languish which expresses the weakness of the militant and the victory of the interrogator, and the transfer of the militant with full awareness to a recruited agent of the intelligence services of the enemy, even to limited period, i.e. the interrogation period, which is more than sufficient to cause serious damage to the revolution. Collapse and confession are equal to treason, whatever the justifications are, even under the most cruel torture. In addition to that, remember that your confession is not going to protect you, but it will be used to prove your charges, by your own tongue, and will lead to striking your revolution from inside it, which is more dangerous than the enemy attacking from outside, in addition to striking yourself.
- Any confession under torture, will lead to additional torture, to obtain more confessions, because the interrogator will understand that you confess because you don't support torture! More than this, confession means to the interrogator, whatever the method used to obtain it, the beginning of a long series of interrogation procedures and pressure. You shall not try to justify your confession by any means, such as he impatience on torture, being incapable to bear it, or the presence of concrete evidences against you, as all these justifications of your confession, cannot be sufficient to forgive you for what is going to happen to your revolution and comrades after your confession.
- One of the results of your mean confession, is finding yourself facing some of your comrades, arrested because of your treason. The militant shall not disappoint his comrades or betray them, but he shall remain permanently in the circle of the team and the revolution, and shall not be pulled to the individual selfish circle to which the interrogator tries always to draw him.
- Partial confession does not mean "withstanding", whatever the volume of information you hide! It is the beginning of collapse. Withstanding shall be full and complete, which means hiding every thing. The partial confession is the starting point of the thread which the interrogator catches, analyzes, and follows to more information, of which you don't think.
- Confession and collapse are always voluntary, willful and subjective. Confession will produce disasters to you and to your people, exceeding any disaster that may result from all means and ways of torture
- Important fact: Confession leads to condemnation, judgment then prison, and harm to comrades and revolution., while withstanding may lead to administrative detention only..
- Remember that many of your comrades do not confess.. because they are heroes, be one of them. All those who confessed till now, said that they could avoided to confess if they withstood a little further!
- The interrogator tries to provoke your emotions, and to tell you that the charges against you are not important, and that confession will not lead to harmful consequences. He pretends that what he is doing is not "interrogation" but only some routine procedures to close the files of the case. He is lying.. never believe any promise from an interrogator.
- Most of the information that the interrogator says is based on assumption, and always incomplete, they try to complete it from what you say, from your confession and cooperation, and from what you say to them believing it is not important. When they tell you that they know every thing, ask yourself the following question: "If they know every thing, why they want me to confess??". They want you to confess, to condemn you, and to be sure that the incomplete information in their possession is correct, by obtaining your confirmation. For that, don't care to any information in their possession, even if it is correct, because they know that there is a big difference between the information that depends on the reports of their agents, and the one that is extracted directly from your mouth
- If the interrogator asks you about your comrades, free or arrested, don't admit that you have any militancy relation with them, and insist that you don't know them, even if the interrogator knows that they are your friends. Don't forget that if you tell any information about others, an additional charge will be added to your charges, it is the charge of hiding the information from the authorities, which may let the enemy dynamite your house and put you in jail for it.
- If any evidence is found with you, without being able to deny it, don't tell them neither about the source of that evidence, nor about the reason of it's presence in your possession. Say nothing about it. You shall know that with a small effort, you can always justify any evidence, and get rid of its consequences.. This always related to determination and withstanding. In general try always to prepare a false convincing reason to use it to justify any action or presence of evidence in case arrested or discovered.
- When present with other detained or arrested people, in jail or in the call, don't reveal your secrets and don't say any thing to any of them, because some of them could be foisted,others could be dangerous collapsed prisoner, taking in consideration that a real militant in such a situation does not need to know about your secret activities or about the secrets of the revolution.

WITHSTANDING AND TORTURE:

- Ann important fundamental: A hero before arrest is a hero after arrest, simply because he believes in his cause to the level of scarifying himself for it.
- Whatever the arrested militant is a simple person, withstanding is possible, as this does not need a university certificate.
- To withstand and overcome collapse believe in the fairness of your cause.. and before thinking of your self destiny:
o Remember that your withstanding will morally support your comrades struggling outside, and will protect them from arrest, which may take place due to your confession,
o Remember those who withstood before you, to protect you and the revolution
o Remember the sufferance of your people and parents, and that their detiny depends upon yourself.
o Remember that your collapse for them means that you are a coward traitor
o Remember that the motives for which you became a militant, before your arrest, are still valid, and shall remain valid after arrest at the same level of readiness and enthusiasm.
- If you were ready to die as a martyr in the street or in the mountains, for the sake of your cause, then there is no reason to fall during interrogation, or in prison, scarifying all what you did for the sake of the revolution, under the hits of some non-killing sticks. In case you get the honor of being a martyr, which is so rare during the interrogation, this will make you an unforgettable popular symbol and a hero.
- The interrogation is the sole place during the struggle, where you are not in danger if you withstand, as the danger due to hitting and torture, cannot be compared with bullets, bombs and rockets.
- The interrogation is a fight. What decides it's results is the willpower of the warrior, which depends on his personality, and on his belief in his cause and targets. Stiffness and withstanding come from his interior of the militant.. they represent solidarity with the cause, whatever is that cause, and being armed with them defeats the interrogator and make him bankrupt.
- Remember that between victory and defeat.. there is only one hour of patience..
- "One challenge" takes you to a continuity of challenge and victory. Defeating the interrogator cannot take place without disobedience and challenge. With these two, you can puncture, vent and weaken any attack.
- Weak persons give preference to themselves over the group, and avoid the challenge to ensure their safety, but they never obtain their safety if they collapse and confess, but they burn and burn others with themselves.
- If it happened that you collapse for any reason, go back to disobedience immediately, before your collapse shifts to a series of collapses and disasters to you and to your country.
- Collapse is losing all your struggle balance, and your transfer to the side of enemy, with paying the price also, as you will be charged and condemned, and every body will say about you: "even if he were not a spy, he confessed as if he were one, and brought arrest to his comrades"
- If you confess they will punish you and punish those about whom you confessed, but if you withstand, they will torture you for a while, but no body is going to be punished if no evidence is found. Being patient and withstanding is a matter of decision and not physical, and impatience also is a matter of decision and conscious.
- Never accept to be a witness against others. Arrest is not a reason to force you to be a witness against others.
- Try to transform ant encounter with an arrested comrade, to a motive of withstanding for both of you. If they face you with a confessor, let him be shy of what he did, and encourage him to disobey again.
- There is one correct reaction against all types of threats, this is "withstanding", even if it is a menace of assault against the honor, and if they threat you that they will rape your sister, you shall know that they have limits that they cannot go beyond, and that your confession will not protect your sister, but will expose her honor and all the revolution to danger. Don't forget that confession may lead to the arrest of some other female comrades, and to assault against them.
- Interrogation is one face and forms of the battles that take place in the streets, mountains and prisons, where you shall triumph over the enemy, as it depends only on your belonging and stiffness, It is the concentration of a state of an ideological elimination (kill or being killed) fight between the national movement, and its heroes, that your represent in the interrogation tunnels, on one side, against the interrogators that represent the reaction and the enemy on the other side, hose who have one end target, i.e. your collapse, and the use of your collapse to terminate you, your comrades and your revolution. REMEMBER THAT VICTORY IS A MUST, for that who is stronger ideologically, i.e. yourself, that is why you have to get it..
- The polygraph (apparatus used to discover if someone lies by observing some emotional reactions when he says some misleading incorrect information), is not more than a trick, and can be easily mislead, by moving the feet or the shoulders, in harmony with any misleading answer to the questions of the interrogator, and with the continuous thinking during the session, of matters that annoy you and make you sad, such as remembering martyrs, parents and children etc… In this case the apparatus cannot distinguish between your misleading answers and your state of sadness and anxiety.
-

SOME METHODS AND MEANS OF TORTURE, PRESSURES AND PSYCHOLOGICAL WAR APPLIED DURING INTERROGATION:

- Torture is not a target in itself, your confession is the target.
- Be sure that the probable physical harm that may happen to you during interrogation, will equally happen to the confessors and collapsed arrested militants, so it is more honorable to withstand with some harm, than betraying your revolution with the same amount of harm.
- Some of the means used to exercise pressure upon you, bringing your sister or mother, and threatening you to rape them.. your collapse will not protect them, but it becomes more probable to make you give more information. Normally, if you don't yield under the menace, they will not attack them..
- The interrogator will launch a psychological war on you, trying to convince you that withstanding is useless, and that every body confesses, and that you are not different than those who confessed by force or with kindness. He will says to you: "confess, it is better to you, to avoid torture". By saying that, he tries to make his lies look reasonable. He will use examples of collapsed cases, to put you under the idea of "if others confessed, why should I withstand??", This procedure succeeds only with weak persons, don't be one of them.
- You have to know that "hitting" is a must whatever your behavior is, so refuse to obey the orders, because obedience does not protect you. On the contrary, your disobedience will put you in a strong position.
- Whatever evidence they use against you, (report, or information from a traitor, or others' confession), you shall withstand against, as you can repel them, and you can maneuver around them, and get out of the dilemma with honor.
- Even if they tell you that your leaders collapsed, as part of their psychological war. Even if you see one of them doing so, you have to withstand, as the collapse of one responsible does not mean the collapse of the revolution..!
- Whenever the interrogator finds you withstanding an issue, he will switch to another one, until he fails.
- Collapse under "hits and strikes" encourages the interrogator to apply more of these hits and strikes, or to make them more cruel, to cause additional collapse. Collapse is a state of harmony with the enemy, where the enemy orders, the collapsed obeys, the enemy hits him, the collapsed kneels, the enemy asks, the collapsed answers, the collapsed bows down and fully yields to the occupation authority. After the victory of the interrogator, hits and strikes continue to humiliate or to force the collapsed person to execute additional orders such as convincing other comrades to confess, or more.
- The interrogator may use the polygraph, or go to hypnotism. You shall be sure that neither of those methods is dangerous to you..! They are used, only as part of the psychological war against you.! i.e. to frighten you in case you know nothing about them!!
o You shall know that if you don't accept it, hypnotism fails, you can easily repel. NO BODY CAN BE FORCED TO CONFESS DURING THE HYPNOTISM SESSION.
o The polygraph is just a trick. (as explained above)
o You shall know that there is no single case, where secrets were revealed under coma or unconsciousness. If they tell you that you have confessed during the hypnotism session, be sure that they are liars, and that they just want you to confirm some specific information, i.e. the information which they pretend that you said during hypnotism. Normally they have this information either by assumption, or through their agents.
- The interrogator may expose your senses of vision and hearing to some upsetting and annoying influential actions, such as monotonous boring noises, or high annoying screams, or dazzling brilliant lights, or views of torture, all in order to influence your nervous state. All this shall not have any effect upon you. Your withstanding makes it fully useless, specially if you expect it in advance.
- They may you prevent you sleeping several days, by interrogating you alternatively. They may inject you with insulin, or anesthetize you, to cause disequilibrium in the functions of your body in order to dominate your brain. You shall know that "sleeping" is going to take place, in spite of the interrogator, without any risk on your life, either in a form of slumber, or in a form of coma. Don't believe them and continue withstanding, to fail the plan of the interrogator, and never yield or accept any deal in return for allowing you to sleep. All that shall not leads you to confession.
- Giving any promise under torture to reduce its severity, is equal to yield. This encourages the interrogator to increase the intensity of torture, and if he stops it for a moment to get some confession, he will always ask you to fulfill your promise.
- The interrogator may crowd and squeeze you like sardines, in very bad conditions, with other arrested persons, in a position that does not permit sitting, or sleeping, without ventilation sweating without waste cleaning, with spraying you all with detestable unpleasant smell products. Leaving you without food and insulting you all the time, making you hear continuous high screams.
- If you are alone, the target of all this sardine session, the others that are arrested with you, asks you to confess in order to save them from this cruel situation. They may menace you and exercise pressures on you. The interrogators may insert some spies, whose role is to frustrate the will of the militants, by repeating that they themselves have become ready to confess, and the situation becomes unbearable. Know that all this is being done to create a state of collapse and failure in yourself. Withstanding after such an operation, will make the interrogators believe that, in principal, it is useless to continue interrogating you.
- If they insult you during interrogation, remember that the shame and dishonor is not in hearing an insult from the enemy, inside the interrogation tunnels, from a mean villain interrogator, but in the confession that exposes your comrades and revolution to danger.
- ALWAYS REMEMBER THAT INTORRAGATION AND TORTURE HAVE ENDS. You will remain after that either a mean collapsed betraying confessor, condemned convicted and jailed because of your confession, or a WITHSTANDING HERO, OF WHOM EVERY BODY IS PROUD. Let the trial, with your stiffness, end without submitting any information to the enemy and without surrender.

THE RISK OF COOPERATION WITH THE INTERROGATOR:

- The target of the interrogator is to destroy the arrested militant, and to lead him to confess about himself and about others, and to reveal his secrets and to throw him after that without will, without aim, to convict him, and to strike his revolution. The interrogator works by all means to attain this target. He will try to create an ambiance of cooperation between you and himself, by cheating and maneuvering, to show a harmony and discussion of general unimportant matters, and by going back to matters that he passed over from time to time, and speaking about the past. ATTENTION!! All this is to trap you and make you fall in mistakes and in contradiction!! As the aim of interrogation is not the waste of time and chatting, you have to pay attention to every word pronounced by him, whatever innocent it looks for you!! Don't cooperate with him in any subject he tries to plunge in to it with you. He can always extract some information that he can use against you and against other comrades.
- Remember that the enemy's authorities services condemn you based on what you say!!
- The only answer that protects you despite what they do to you, is the absolute refusal to cooperate in any thing. This will seriously disturb them, and will eliminate your barrier of fear.
- Always remember: any type of deals with the enemy is a treason that takes you to the waste land and dunghill of the history. Whenever the enemy tries to conclude a deal with you, remember that he never fulfills his agreements. In fact, he is himself is illegal.. The moment you confess, he will start to use your confession to condemn you. He forgets all his promises that he gave to you in the deal. If he promised you to ensure your freedom against confession, he lies, as he cannot convict you unless you confess, Confession only is the legal justification and support to your condemnation. He may say to you, when you meet him after that, "we are putting you in jail to protect you against your comrades, who will kill you, because they will think, in case you are released, that you have betrayed them".
- When the interrogator issues orders that look simple such as "sit down" or "stand up", he aims to create the elements of obedience and cooperation in the militant's attitude, so that he continues in that. After all, he who obeys, answers the questions!
- Don't accept to take a cigarette or a cup of coffee, this will be the starting trap. Remember that a single cigarette that you may accept to take from the interrogator, will may pull you to start the cooperation, which may take you to years of prison, or lead to striking your revolution and comrades!! A he does not know except bargains and barters.
- He may hit you if you refuse to take a cigarette, or if you stand up or sit down.. the real reason behind doing so is either his feeling of failure, or his feeling that your are afraid of hitting, so he tries to use it to create a state of obedience and cooperation in your attitude.
- The interrogator can hit you, can make you starve and thirsty, but he cannot move your tongue to confess, without your cooperation.
- Interrogation is one face and forms of the battles that take place in the streets, mountains and prisons, where you shall triumph over the enemy, and not cooperate with him, as it depends only on your belonging and stiffness..
- The interrogator may ask you in the name of Bible, Qoran, or prayers and different ideology and religions, to speak. All those do not allow you to collapse and confess in front of aggression and oppression, never cooperate with the criminal that violates them all, despite his trial to speak in their names to cheat you.
- Any type of obedience during interrogation is equal to yield to humiliation
- Never interrupt the interrogator during his speech, as this shall never concern you
- Any information, whatever small it looks, when submitted, may be of useful to the intelligence services.
- If you feel that you are trapped, go back to disobedience immediately, it is never too late to do so.
- Use similar answers if you started to answer, such as "I don't know", "I know nothing", "that is not important to me". These answers disturb the interrogator.
- If the interrogator catches the tip of the thread, he starts to pull it to get a bigger confession.
- Never let the interrogator make you think of personal safety.. and that the interrogation is the end of the road, or that your cooperation is the single way of salvage..
- When you look experienced to the interrogator, he goes to more clearer and direct methods, by showing you evidences and proofs. Use that in evaluating the charges, force him to reveal his papers, without creating any form of cooperation between you and him. Withstanding will lead them to reveal more of their papers. When you are experienced, you know in advance what is waiting for you.
- All the means of interrogation are based on trial and error. You can make them fail.

REMEMBER THAT IT IS POSSIBLE TO MISLEAD ANY INTERROGATOR..!

THE ROLE OF AGENTS AND TRAITORS DURING INTERROGATION:

- FUNDAMENTAL FACT: Wherever there is a revolution, means that there is an oppression and forces of oppression, and counter revolution. This means the presence of intelligence services, which leads to the presence of "agents and traitors".
- The failure is a mean riding animal to the men of the intelligence services. They can employ him anywhere they decide, and in any dirty mission they want, although they squeeze him out and throw them to the waste land after every use.
- The target of the traitor in his life, is to respond to all what they ask him to do, as they put him in a state of fear that they unmask him and make of him a scandal in the society, and among his parents, and threaten to kill him if he hesitates in cooperating with them.
- Normally they start with a balanced relation with their agent, until he gets involved in treason, where they transfer him to a mean riding animal, and cancel all their commitments to him, (this happened with many agents).
- They continue to make him fail socially and morally, to make him always feel stranger in his country and society. Because this type of people is the type of which they guarantee the fidelity, they transform him to a person who cares only for collecting money, and obtain their contentment.
- The intelligence services use different methods to trap the agents, money, arms in his pocket, prostitution, exchange sisters, (it happened that a man of these services asked a traitor to exchange his sister with the man's sister, when he did so, he discovered that the other one is not the sister of the intelligence services man, every thing was recoded and filmed.. it was a real dilemma. They used it to threaten him with scandals that he cannot face.
- The traitors are used to encounter the militants, as part of them, They act during the encounter the required roles, such as falling, collapsing, confession, and all what they are ordered to do in order to frustrate the militants.
- Some of these traitors are inserted in the cells as if they are arrested militants. They act either the role of heroes, to gain the trust, or the role of failures to frustrate and weaken the psychological state of the militants, or the role of innocent persons who is going to be released after a short period for lack of evidence against him, he proposes his services to the militants and ask them if they want him to carry any message to their comrades outside the jail. This is done to discover the structural relations and contacts between the militants and their organizations.

SOME OF THE DUTIES OF AGENTS AND TRAITORS DURING AND AFTER INTERROGATION ARE THE FOLLOWING:

o Collecting information to help interrogators
o Spying militants and to frustrate them, and make them feel hopeless.
o Trying to become members of the organized revolution / resistance movements. If any of them succeeds in doing that, he tries to obtain important confirmed secret information about free and arrested militants.
o Intriguing and making conspiracies among organizations' militants in prison, to raise fights and conflicts among them.
o Climbing to the ranks of leadership, to use the position to collect information and planting disorder, and burning the trusted known militants and spoil their reputation and behavior, and submitting data about recently arrested militants to the enemy
o Stirring up the ideological controversies and disputes, to keep the prisoners off the fight against the enemy.. and to justify the repressive behavior of the prison administration against them. In some cases, the traitors presented themselves in the prison, as religion men, to be trusted, then they started to plant suspect in the behavior of militants and their morals.
- Some of the militant leaders in prison, need to have assisting companions, to perform some militancy missions, The agents try always to take these positions. They do very well there to discover all contacts and works of secret nature.
- With any cellmate (roommate), or any person you meet during interrogation, keep your secrets and information, even if he is a real militant, who will not blame you if you do so, as he understands the reason behind it. As a matter of fact, he does not need to know any thing of that.
- Be careful against those who collapse during the interrogation,! Any one that is recruited in the interrogation tunnels, is more dangerous than that who is recruited outside, knowing that some of them may be recruited in exchange of silly promises to improve treatment or to give them some cigarettes, or promising them to make their judgment shorter against submitting some worthy information.
- Hiding information and secrets after the interrogation, is as important as hiding them during the interrogation phase. In several cases, the enemy could obtain in the prison, what he could not get during interrogation!!
- Some of the traitors try to spoil the reputation of some strong militants, by sleeping besides them in a specific position, then screaming that they try to rape them.
- Many traitors were revealed and unmasked in prisons, the occupation authorities isolated those traitors in order to protect them, in special departments, named by the militants as "departments of shame", and while the traitors are named as "THE BIRDS".
